The terms in plain words
- All prices are in US dollars (USD).
- A plan is billed every month, or once a year, until you cancel. A monthly charge adds that month's videos; a yearly charge adds twelve months of videos at once. Videos you have not used when the paid month or year ends are removed.
- A pack is a one-time payment. It does not renew.
- Videos from a pack do not expire.
- A render that fails or is refused returns its credit automatically.
- Refunds are covered in the Refund Policy.
Pricing questions
One credit makes one 15-second 720p video from one photo. A pack or a plan is simply a number of credits.
Credits from a pack never expire. Credits from a plan last until the end of the month, or on yearly billing the year, they were paid for.
The credit goes back to your account automatically and you can try again.
Yes, within 7 days of the charge if you have made no more than 3 completed videos since. You get back what you paid minus the value of the credits you used. The Refund Policy has the full terms.
Yes, as an option. A plan gives you a set number of videos at a lower price per video, billed monthly or yearly. You never need one: packs are one-time payments.
Open Billing in your account settings and choose Manage subscription. The plan stops renewing, and the videos already on your account stay usable until the paid month or year ends.
